Tehnika d.d., as the main contractor, completed the works for the construction of WestGate office tower in Split.
The building accommodates office premises and headquarters of Splitska banka.
The grand opening will take place on 02/12/2016 and 600 employees of Splitska banka will start to move into the new premises on 05/12/2016.
The building comprises 5 underground levels, ground floor and 12 top floors, with a total height of 50 m. It has been constructed according to the latest standards, holding energy efficiency certificate class A.
The tower was designed by architect Otto Barić.
