We started the construction of Z4 Commercial –residential building in Zvonimir Centre at the corner of Branimirova St. and extended Bogišićeva St., within Zvonimir centre compound.
The Z4 building comprises two underground levels and nine upper levels, all divided in two sections – commercial and residential.
Thirty residential units are located from the first to the eighth floor and there are 33 business premises from the ground floor to the eighth floor.
On the ground floor there will also be 13 parking spots. In the basement there will be 75 parking spots and 7 storage places to be used by the residents of the building.
Energy class „A“.The building will be completed by the fall of 2017.
